It’s time for Feline Friday, hosted by Sandee from Comedy Plus!
Jackie is fifteen years old, but so far her age doesn’t bother her very much. The little signs are there, she stays close to the house when she is outside, she likes to spend the nights inside where it is warm and she has calmed down a bit. But she still is able to jump onto the couch or the bed, and she still sometimes looks like a contortionist, as you can see in the picture :-). Of course we are watching her in case she needs help, but so far she doesn’t. We know this will change someday, but we surely enjoy the good time while it lasts. And I am sure Jackie does as well.

2. I will pass on mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving.
3. I wish mediterranean cuisine was served at holiday gatherings.

Thanks, I am doing what I can.
I think living with furbabies – who often have a shorter lifespan than us humans – is a good opportunity to learn appreciating the good moments in life.

Since it is your holiday, why not have Mediterranean food for yourself even if no one else wants it.

We made five kinds of cookies, with almonds, spicy, with raisins, lemon flavored and with cashews. We enjoyed it, but it was hard work.

Jackie looks like she knows that age is just a number. I am 70 and Jackie and I might be around the same stage of maturity but like me she is carrying on without problems so far. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your four legged tribe and your humans as well.
