It’s time for Feline Friday, hosted by Sandee from Comedy Plus!
After nine weeks in the hospital, I was released yesterday. Jackie was thrilled to see me and would stay by my side day and night. This was remarkable, because she behaved differently during my visits, and there were many. During my visits – even when they were overnight – she rarely came to me, and mostly she stayed just for a few minutes. Maybe she sensed that my thoughts often revolved about therapy and what had happened on the ward. But when I came home yesterday I was so happy, and of course I knew it was for good. I repeat myself, but our pets are so clever and they can read us so well! Today she is not as clingy as yesterday, but she still wants to cuddle a lot.
Friendly Fill-Ins
I again participate in the Friendly Fill-Ins, hosted by Four-LeggedFurballs and 15andmeowing. So here we go:
2. Have you told someone you love him/her today?
3. I always feel sad during this time of year. I am not used to the lack of light outside yet, and the joy Christmas brings seems to be so far away.

I’m so happy you’re home and I know your husband and your furbabies are. Good for you.
Love all your fill-ins.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, Viola. ♥

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Glad you are back home. Jackie sounds like a sweetie. I have told many I love them today- my mom, niece, kitties. I usually tell the hubby before bed.

I am still getting used to being home again, but it’s a good thing. This world needs more love, so let’s spread the word😀

I am so glad to know you are at home and feeling happy despite the lack of daylight. Perhaps you have cold weather like we have here and that takes some adjusting to as well. I love that you have furbabies. Take care and all the best going forward.

Our pets know. Somehow, they know.
In our family, we try to tell each other how much we love each other everyday, because you just never know.

I’m so glad you’re back home with your furry and human family! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! The darkness and cold this time of year can make it so easy to feel blue. I try my best to always hold onto that spirit of Christmas, though, and to count my many blessings. Warm wishes!
