It’s time for Feline Friday, hosted by Comedy Plus!
It’s just Jackie and me at the moment, because my husband and the dogs have gone fishing. Jackie enjoys my undivided attention very much. She wants to cuddle a lot.
Well, she also insists on being outside and even being fed on the terrace as usual… This is Jackie, a very independent and freedom loving soul. I gladly take whatever she offers, and when we snuggle up she gives me all her love and affection. And of course I love her back just the way she is.
Friendly Fill-Ins
I again participate in the Friendly Fill-Ins, hosted by Four-LeggedFurballs and 15andmeowing. So here we go:
1. I love it when animals show me that they want to be near me. They don’t care how much money you have, they see us for what we really are.
2. I know it’s time to vacuum when there is dog hair everywhere.
3. Others come to me when they need someone to talk to. I can listen without judgement, and I often am able to see the situation from a different angle.
4. We should never take our loved ones for granted. We should always appreciate the goood people in our life, because this is not a given.

All of your answers are great. It is nice to have someone to talk to that can offer a different perspective. They can help us see something that we couldn’t see on our own. That is a great trait to have.

Thanks! Yes, we all need someone to talk to sometimes, and I try to be very generous with this trait. I am very thankful that I have people who listen to me anytime in my life.

Jackie is a very special cat.

I wish my cat were more cuddly, he seems to like me only when I give him food then he saunters off 😂 Jackie is a special one, and I’m sure she’s glad to have your attention while hubby & the dogs are away xx

The bond that you and Jackie share is beautiful. And I love how this relates to your #1 fill-in. Our furbabies have such a wonderful ability to offer unconditional love. Us humans could learn so many lessons from them. Have a beautiful day!
