Friendly Fill-Ins Week 103

Friendly Fill-Ins Week 103

It’s Friday and I again participate in the Friendly Fill-Ins, hosted by McGuffy’s Reader and 15andmeowing So here we go:

1. I could really use two nice dresses for the summer. I will go shopping with my mother in two weeks, she gives the best advice where clothes are concerned, even though she is very honest and lets me know if something doesn’t look good on me.

2. A local animal shelter  is a charity that I like to support. Start to make the world a better place where you live, it’s contagious 🙂

3. One time, I broke a door, because I locked myself out. The insurance didn’t like it a bit and kicked us out.

4. I wish that I had  more courage, when I was young(er). But its never too late to start over.

  1. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am sure your mother will help you choose beautiful dresses. Local animal charities are a great place to support. Have a nice weekend!

  2. I hope you get those two new dresses and I’ve a feeling that you will.

It’s never to late to change things about us for the better. Go for it.

Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥

  3. We wish our Jasmine had more courage. She was bullied and now is afraid to come into the rest of the house and hang out with The Tribe. We’re hoping this will happen soon (The Humans are working on it).

  4. I don’t shop often, but it is fun to have something new to wear once in awhile. It is nice to have someone to go with you who will give honest opinions about your choices.

I agree, that the best place to start with charity is close to home. There are always causes near our heart where we can help out with our time or money. Animals rescue groups are my favorite!

I had to break a window in a house once to get in after we lost the key, and of course we had to pay to get the window replaced. Now I am very careful to have a spare key somewhere if I need it.

I wish that I would have been raised to stand up for myself more too. It has taken me many years to stop being a doormat for other people. Now I choose friends who will treat me with respect and not manipulation.
